Return and Refund Policy
At Verona’s Wellness we care about you our customers and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 15- 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Excluding shipping charges
Conditions:
- Item(s) must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Process:
1. Contact us at support@veronaswellness.com or call us at 833-283-7662 for further assistance to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
2. Pack the item(s) securely and include the RAN, reason for return, and original receipt.
3. Ship the package to 225 Park Hill Avenue Staten Island New York 10304.
4. Once we receive and process the return, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
Exceptions:
- Return of Supplements: Supplements must have at least two unused units in the box and your reason for returning it.
Final Sale:
Final sale items, or as follows underwear such as panties bras and socks or other personalized items etc, lip gloss, lipstick or any form of lips wear products, mascara and other forms of makeup or foundation products.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days and no later than two weeks of receiving the returned item(s).
Exchanges:
- Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
We don’t charge any restocking fees because here at Verona’s Wellness we understand that these things can happen and we are here for you.
